SellerFlow 数据删除说明 / Data Deletion Instructions

1. 适用范围 / Scope

本说明适用于您主动连接到 SellerFlow 的 Meta 或 Instagram 专业账号。SellerFlow 可能保存该连接所需的账号标识、公开的账号资料、授权与权限状态、SellerFlow 工作区绑定、发布任务状态，以及为安全和审计生成的最小记录。

This notice applies to Meta or Instagram professional accounts that you choose to connect to SellerFlow. SellerFlow may hold the account identifiers and public profile details needed for the connection, authorization and permission status, the SellerFlow workspace binding, publishing-operation status, and minimal security or audit records.

2. 断开账号 / Disconnect a connected account

您可以在 SellerFlow Creative Studio 的“发布中心 → 社交账号”中断开 Instagram。您也可以在 Meta 或 Instagram 的应用授权设置中撤销 SellerFlow 的授权。

断开连接只会停止该社交账号的授权、令牌刷新和后续发布能力，并把对应渠道连接标记为“已断开 / 需要重新授权”。断开连接不会删除您的 SellerFlow 账号、订单、账单记录、项目或与该社交连接无关的资产。

You can disconnect Instagram from Publishing Center → Social Accounts in SellerFlow Creative Studio, or revoke SellerFlow from your Meta or Instagram app-authorization settings. Disconnecting stops authorization, token refresh, and future publishing for that social account. It does not delete your SellerFlow account, orders, billing records, projects, or unrelated assets.

3. 请求删除 / Request deletion

您可以通过以下任一方式请求删除 SellerFlow 从 Meta 或 Instagram 集成接收或派生的数据：

在 Meta 或 Instagram 的应用设置中对 SellerFlow 发起数据删除请求；
发送邮件至 1960473262@qq.com，主题写明“SellerFlow 社交数据删除请求”。请勿通过邮件发送密码、访问令牌、App Secret 或其他登录凭据；
先在 SellerFlow 中断开账号，再联系我们并提供足以核验请求归属的最小信息。

You may request deletion through Meta or Instagram's app settings, email 1960473262@qq.com with the subject “SellerFlow social data deletion request,” or disconnect the account first and contact us with the minimum information needed to verify ownership. Never email a password, access token, app secret, or other login credential.

4. 删除内容 / What deletion covers

经验证的数据删除请求将删除或不可逆去标识化与该社交连接相关的 provider-derived identity and authorization data，包括不再需要的社交账号标识、授权引用、权限状态、provider binding 和可关联的公开资料缓存。相关连接将停止刷新并变为已断开状态。

A verified request deletes or irreversibly de-identifies provider-derived identity and authorization data that is no longer needed, including social-account identifiers, authorization references, permission state, provider bindings, and attributable public-profile cache. The related connection stops refreshing and becomes disconnected.

5. 可能保留的内容 / Limited retention

SellerFlow 不会把社交数据删除实现为整个平台账号删除。为遵守法律义务、保障安全、防止欺诈、处理争议、维护财务或商业记录，SellerFlow 可能保留与社交账号无直接识别关联的最小记录。订单、账单事实、合同记录、项目和无关资产不会仅因社交数据删除请求而被删除。保留期取决于适用法律、合同与真实业务需要；SellerFlow 不承诺无法保证的固定完成天数。

SellerFlow does not treat social-data deletion as deletion of the entire SellerFlow account. Minimal de-identified records may be retained where necessary for law, security, fraud prevention, dispute handling, or financial and commercial recordkeeping. Orders, billing facts, contract records, projects, and unrelated assets are not deleted merely because of a social-data request. Retention depends on applicable law, contracts, and genuine business need; SellerFlow does not promise a fixed completion time it cannot guarantee.

6. 查询状态 / Check request status

通过 Meta machine callback 提交的有效请求会收到不包含个人信息的随机确认码和状态网址。状态页面只显示 received、processing、completed 或 cannot-complete-contact-support，不显示 Instagram 用户 ID、邮箱、工作区、组织或内部数据库编号。

A valid request received through Meta's machine callback receives an opaque, non-personal confirmation code and status URL. The status page shows only received, processing, completed, or cannot-complete-contact-support. It never displays an Instagram user ID, email address, workspace, organization, or internal database identifier.
